He has narrow eye slits and a wide mouth that sometimes does not close.

The cat came to the shelter along with 9 other cats. The fact is that its owner died, and there was no one else to look after him.

When the shelter workers saw Peanut for the first time, they immediately understood: the cat is too special, therefore it needs special care and love.

Peanut is very special: he is partially blind and deaf, and he looks very different from most cats.

The shelter was not sure what exactly changed the cat’s appearance.

Whether this is due to something that happened to him in the past, or he was simply born that way – alas, it is not clear.

He is approximately 8 years old.

However, one thing was clear to everyone around – Peanut is absolutely charming.

After hearing the story of this special cat, the woman Sydney Benham came to the shelter for him.

She admits that when she saw him for the first time, she couldn’t abandon him.

“When I saw him, I knew I couldn’t leave him there,” – said the new owner.

Sydney admits: Peanut is independent: he is loving and kind, he likes to play with hands and chew toes.

Sometimes the cat deliberately ignores the owner or does things that annoy Sydney.

“Disability does not stop him in any way! He is limitless!” – the new owner shares.

It is difficult to know exactly what Peanut went through in his life, but now he is safe and loving – in a house where he can finally emerge from his shell and demonstrate his uniqueness.
