Living Deliberately Project – Week 11

by nomeatbarefeet

This week in the LDP…

Snow returned to Vermont. And while that may have nothing to do with our project as such, it does make the prospect of spring a bit more distance, which makes doing everything seem a bit more blasé and, well, just cold. Sorry. Rambled there.

Katie has to take a test for teaching (which she is doing at the moment that I am writing this post). We decided to go out for dinner later to just unwind after. So while dinner is technically on the last day of the week, I don’t know what the total will be…therefore, I will just include what we have spent up until this moment…

we only spent $5 so far this week, leaving us with $59.

We both purchased some necessities this week; and both were exciting buys. Jon picked up a new pair of glasses from Warby Parker. He had to buy them outright, and then will submit the bill to insurance once he gets them. (Snazzy) If you read Katie’s last post you know that she is getting back into running (which is great). To help, she purchased a pair of Altra Lone Peaks. This was a purchase that we knew was coming, so it is not being added into the LDP budget.

That is it for this week. As I said, the weather has turned cold and snowy again. Both of us are longing for Spring, which was supposed to be right around the corner…

…hopefully it still is.
