Living Deliberately Project – Week 20
This week in the LDP…
I am writing this ahead of time because we are heading back to Albany for my graduation. I don’t really know what exactly is going to happen since I (Jon) have been kept out of the loop. What I do know is that we are going to go out for some drinks with friends on Friday and then, after graduation, head back to my parents house for a little party Saturday night. It should be a fun time.
Due to its being graduation weekend some things won’t be included in the LDP expenditures…beers are out, for instance. Last weekend, though, we filled up a growler at 14th Star Brewery. Super delicious and only $5 for a refill. Before leaving for Albany we both realized that there was no food in the house, so we each wound up buying subs (totally $15). This means that we have $36 left for the month.
I feel like we haven’t posted as much as I have want. This is probably because it has been a rather busy past few weeks. Both of us worked a lot and had little time to do much else. This has meant not much posting, aside from the LDP and Recipe Sunday post. Sadly, this weekend we won’t be able to do a Recipe Sunday post as we will be driving back to Vermont. Hopefully next week I can get ahead of the game and write some stuff up before the weekend.
I hope that all of you had as beautiful a week as we had here. The foliage has grown so lush and green. It is also that time of year when the streets around our apartment are filled with a range of aromas and smells from all the trees and flowers. I makes our walks with Arlo so wonderful.
