Living Deliberately Project – Week 25
This week in the LDP…
I filled a growler of Maple IPA and got a bottle of Victory Brown from 14th Star Brewery. $10 total.
Basically that is it. Though in my defense the Maple IPA is a limited run, and was gone the day after I stopped in. Had to jump on that while I could. (Plus, it is 7% ABV so a bit of a kick.)
We are now left with $29 for the last week of the month.
Well, since we are being honest we also needed to purchased a new duvet cover for our bed. Having a dog has made keeping nice things virtually impossible, and the old one simply had to go. Since we are moving the next few weeks we decided to go ahead and wash and donate the other one, and then replace it. Hopefully we can get a long life out of the new one.
Yesterday marked the summer solstice, and the weather seems to be as fitting as ever—heat, rising humidity, gorgeous skies. Katie has been waiting for the heat to come; though I am still on the fence, since 50-70 degrees is my perfect range. But then where would the true 4 seasons be? There is something to be said for really experiencing each of them, from the cold and snow to the heat and humidity. It rounds out the year.
Hope each of you can enjoy whatever season you are in right now to its fullest.
