Living Deliberately Project – Week 45
This week in the LDP…
Holy crap it’s week 45! Only 7 weeks left until this crazy thing is done…but not really, because living deliberately, living consciously is something you do, it is something to strive for with every new day. So we should never stop living deliberately; it should just be living.
It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through which we look, which morally we can do. -Thoreau
Monetarily it was a rather uneventful week; we spent $22 leaving us with $58 for the remainder of the month. Something that we will probably need to purchase is a printer, at some point. A crappy printer will do; $20 or $30. All the expensive printers we have owned have always crapped the bed. Time for a cheap-o.
One very exciting thing is that each day is one step closer to Thanksgiving, and with it comes family and food glorious food. I think I can speak for Katie when I say that we love the holidays. Spending time with family, tromping through the snow, sitting in front of fires, cooking, baking, pots of coffee…all of this makes this time of year very special. Hopefully we will be able to detail our culinary endeavors again and show that meat and animal products are simply not needed for a delicious banquet. You can make a damn fine meal without them! So stay tuned for more to come.
All the best, and have a great week.
